TWIG & TUMBLE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully, this contains important information about your booking
Refunds (less a £2.50 administration charge) due to being unable to attend prior to the Special Event Booking starting are available if 7 days prior notice are given.
If you have booked a term of classes and are unable to attend, unfortunately no refund can be given as this space has been allocated for you for the duration of the term. I will however allow you to book a full term minus any pre arrange holidays and deduct these costs, please contact me prior to booking to arrange. If you have not booked and paid for the full term, termly perks, certificates and reward badges will not be issued as these costs are factored into termly bookings only.
If you have booked a one off session/trial session and are not able to make it, I am able to swap your session to another session provided 48 hours notice is given.
Payment Methods
All bookings are made and paid for in full at the time of booking via Class for Kids
Confirmation of Place
Once payment has been made in full then full confirmation will be sent via email confirming your place and the weeks included in your booking. Please take note of the dates sessions are running as at times, this don’t completely align with the differing school holidays we have.
Please tell me immediately if any incorrect dates or venues have been selected so these can be rectified whilst bookings remain available. It is your responsibility to check dates and venue have been correctly selected – I will always try to swap you to the class you meant to book if there are places still available.
Supervision and withdrawal of service
All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended.
Faye Carter of Twig and Tumble cannot be responsible for a child at any time. Any children behaving disruptively may be asked to leave the group. Should a carer or associated visitor behave in a way that Twig and Tumble feels is unreasonable then the company reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes to the client. A refund for remaining classes paid for will be given.
Renewals
No later than two weeks before your term runs out your Twig and Tumble class leader will send out an email asking you if you wish to renew for another term. Faye will inform you of how to rebook your space and payment terms this is usually done via our online booking system. Note however that places remain on a first come first served basis. Parents are usually given 3 days to book their space before spaces are offered to the wider community.
